Church of Saint Veronica

“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” Mark 10:14

The Children’s Ministry of St. Veronica’s Parish was created to bring our children into a closer relationship with Jesus, so they may know Him, love Him and serve Him in this world.  Children need to know how very much God loves them.  They are His beloved children upon whom His favor rests.  He has a great plan for each of their lives, which is realized by their ‘YES’ to him.  We help each other prepare our children to give that ‘YES” by teaching them about Jesus through the use of scripture, the lives of the Saints and the Catholic Catechism.

We serve the children as needed during fellowship after the noon Mass on Sundays and through a series of special events held throughout the year, such as the All Saint’s Eve Party, for a safe Halloween, held in the School Cafeteria.  We also offer a puppet ministry.

Volunteers with willing hands and loving hearts are always welcomed as are suggestions for future programs.  Check your Bulletin for specific events and dates.
